CPA Roble Nuno is a seasoned accounting and public finance professional with over 33 years of experience in financial management, public sector finance, and institutional leadership. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from Kenya Methodist University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership roles, including County Executive Committee Member Finance and Health, as well as Director of Revenue and Accounting Services in Garissa County. He has also served in key institutions such as the Kenya Urban Roads Authority and the Ministry of Roads and Public Works, bringing a wealth of expertise in public financial management, revenue administration, and governance.
